    UKFD staff and administrators know dental education is an integral process, start with faculty planning, facilities availability and educational program, these planning processes should be continuous, dynamic and never-ending, so they are always trying to make positive change in the role of the graduate, and the role of teachers and students in teaching, learning and education are continuously reviewed and further developed.

  Digital imaging CBCT, 3D printing and scanning make a great change in dentistry, UKFD established state of the art radiological& digital dentistry unit well equipped with The world-class imaging& digitating in dentistry feature the latest in imaging technology and digital devices, with all of these facilities connected by a network to the dental units of the student, phantom head and the professional development center.

    The faculty established continuing education center to organize courses in dental education, newly up to date dental management and the elective courses, as well as it gives support to dentists and dental care professionals in maintaining and updating their skills, knowledge and behaviour throughout their working life. It also contributes to the delivery of

good quality care and service provision, that patients and the public trust is safe and the best it can be.

   The presence of the oral surgery department in the unique oral maxillofacial hospital offers wide exposure& training to the dental student more than the routine clinical competences of oral surgery required for the dental graduate, here our student can attend referral clinic, maxillofacial surgery theater, minor oral surgery, emergency and trauma of oral and maxillofacial surgery.

    The oral cancer research center which contains biobank, molecular biology unit and oral pathology laboratory in addition to clinical dentistry research facilities make

our research facilities are second to none, by which we have academics and research collaboration regionally and globally.
